Cool fonts in one click

Fancy Text Generator

Type your text in the box and you instantly see more than 30 fancy font styles: bold, italic, cursive, gothic, bubble letters and more. Press Copy on the one you like and paste it into your Instagram bio, TikTok name, Discord nickname or game tag. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.

What is a fancy text generator?

A fancy text generator turns plain text into styled letters: bold, italic, cursive, gothic, bubble, upside-down and many more. Unlike a font in Word, the result does not depend on the app you use, because each letter is swapped for a different Unicode character that already looks that way.

That is why these cool fonts can be copied and pasted almost anywhere: Instagram bios, TikTok names, Discord nicknames, X posts, YouTube comments and gaming tags. Wherever you can type text, you can usually paste them.

How does it work?

Every time you type, the generator walks through your text and replaces each letter with its equivalent in each style. Bold A is the mathematical character 𝐀; cursive A is 𝒜. They are computed directly from the Unicode tables, so the result is exact and updates instantly, without reloading the page.

Accented letters such as é or ü keep their accent: the base letter is styled and the accent is placed back on top. Show more styles adds decorated combinations such as 𓆩 𓆪, ꧁ ꧂ or ★彡, up to almost 300 variations.

How to copy and paste fancy fonts

Type your text, find a style you like and press Copy. Then go to the app, hold down on the text field and choose Paste, or press Ctrl + V (Cmd + V on a Mac). If your browser blocks automatic copying, long-press the styled text to select it and copy it by hand.

Fonts for Instagram, TikTok and Discord

On Instagram the styled letters work in your display name, bio, captions, comments and stories; your @username only accepts plain letters, numbers, dots and underscores. TikTok accepts them in the display name, bio and comments. On Discord they look great in server nicknames, channel names and custom status.

Use them to highlight a word or two rather than your whole bio: it reads better, and search inside these apps does not always find words written in special characters.

Gaming names

Fancy names are popular in Fortnite, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Roblox and Minecraft servers. Combinations like ꧁ Name ꧂ or 亗 Name 亗 make a tag stand out. Many games limit name length or block some symbols, so test the result before spending a name change.

What are Unicode fonts?

Unicode is the standard that gives a number to every character in almost every writing system. Besides normal letters it contains complete mathematical alphabets (bold, italic, script, fraktur, double-struck, monospace), circled and squared letters, small capitals, superscripts and combining marks such as strikethrough.

They are not a font in the strict sense but separate characters, which is why they survive copy and paste. The exact look depends on the font of the device that displays them, just like emoji. A rare symbol may show as an empty box on an old phone.

Is it safe? Accessibility notes

Yes. The generator runs entirely in your browser: what you type is not sent anywhere or stored on a server. Only your last text is remembered on your own device so you do not have to type it again, and Clear removes it.

Screen readers used by blind people may read these characters strangely or skip them, so keep important information in normal text.

Frequently asked questions

What is a fancy text generator?

A tool that turns normal text into styled Unicode letters, such as bold, cursive or bubble letters, that you can copy and paste.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free, with no sign-up and no limits.

How do I copy the fonts?

Press Copy next to the style you like and paste it with Paste or Ctrl + V.

Do these fonts work on Instagram?

Yes, in the display name, bio, captions, comments and stories. The @username only accepts plain letters.

Can I use them on TikTok and Discord?

Yes, in display names, bios, comments, nicknames, channel names and status.

Why do some letters show as boxes?

The device reading them has no font with that character. It happens on older phones; try a more common style such as bold.

Are accented letters kept?

Is this the same as changing the font?

Is my text sent to a server?

No. Everything is generated in your browser.

How many styles are there?

Over 30 base styles and almost 300 decorated combinations with Show more styles.
