Twin Flame Calculator

Compare two people by date of birth, by name, or by both. The calculator works out Life Path, Birthday, Expression, Soul Urge and Personality numbers, plus each Sun sign and birth moon phase, and scores how closely the two sets sit. Every figure is shown with its working. It is a symbolic reading for reflection — it cannot establish that two people are twin flames.

What do you want to compare?
The form shows only the fields the chosen mode actually uses, and the weighting changes with it. Both tables on the result say which weights were applied.
First person
Written in Latin letters. Accents are fine; the table reads é as e.
Birth time (optional)

A birth time changes two things and nothing else: which moon phase you were born under if the birthday sits on a phase boundary, and which Sun sign if it sits on a cusp. It does not touch any numerology number. No birthplace is asked for, because nothing here is calculated from one.

Second person
Written in Latin letters. Accents are fine; the table reads é as e.
Birth time (optional)

A birth time changes two things and nothing else: which moon phase you were born under if the birthday sits on a phase boundary, and which Sun sign if it sits on a cusp. It does not touch any numerology number. No birthplace is asked for, because nothing here is calculated from one.

Everything is calculated in your browser. The names, dates and times you enter are not sent to this site or to anyone else, and nothing is put into the address bar, so a shared link carries no personal detail.

A twin flame calculator takes two people and turns them into numbers. That is the whole mechanism, and knowing it is the difference between enjoying the result and being misled by it. This page does the arithmetic openly: you can see each number, how it was derived, what it was compared against and how much of the final figure it carried.

Two kinds of thing appear below and the page keeps them apart. The numbers are checkable — reduce a date by hand and you will get what the calculator got. What the numbers are taken to mean is a spiritual tradition with no research behind it, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears.

What this twin flame calculator actually does

It reads up to seven signals from what you enter. Five are numerology: the Life Path and Birthday numbers from each date of birth, and the Expression, Soul Urge and Personality numbers from each name. Two are astronomical: the Sun sign for each birth date, and the moon phase each person was born under.

Each signal is scored on its own from 0 to 100, each carries a published weight, and the headline is the weighted average. Because the components are independent, they frequently disagree — which is the point. A pair can share a Life Path and sit in incompatible elements, and a single percentage would hide exactly the interesting part. The breakdown does not.

How the numerology works, in full

One system, used consistently: Pythagorean numerology. Mixing it with Chaldean, which assigns different letter values and has no 9, would produce numbers belonging to neither system. The letter table is simply the alphabet counted in nines:

The Pythagorean letter values used by this calculator.

Reduction. Any total is reduced by adding its digits, repeatedly, until one digit is left — except that a total of 11, 22 or 33 stops there. Those are the master numbers, and this calculator keeps them at every stage rather than at some stages, so 11 never quietly becomes 2 in one place and stays 11 in another.

Life Path. Reduce the month, reduce the day, reduce the year, then add the three results and reduce again. There is a rival method that adds all eight digits at once, and the two disagree for a minority of dates: 4 September 1980 gives 22 by the method used here and 4 by the other. The method that reduces each part first is used because it preserves a master number that appears inside the date, and because your result shows every intermediate value, you can follow either one.

Birthday number. The day of the month, reduced by the same rule. Day 11 and day 22 stay as they are; day 29 becomes 11 and stops.

Name numbers. All the letters give the Expression number, the vowels alone give the Soul Urge, and the consonants alone give the Personality. Y counts as a consonant every time. Writers disagree about Y, and a rule that switched depending on the word would make the answer depend on an unstated judgement rather than on the letters you typed.

What the table cannot read. It maps the 26 Latin letters and nothing else. Accents are folded to their base letter, so José reads as JOSE. A name written in Cyrillic, Arabic, kana or kanji is not converted — there is no agreed Pythagorean mapping for those scripts, and inventing one would mean making the result up. The calculator says so and offers the date-of-birth mode instead, where the same limitation does not apply.

What each number is usually taken to mean

These readings come from the numerology tradition, tidied up. None is a finding about anybody, and each carries a cost as well as a strength — a set where every number is wonderful describes nothing.

The nine root numbers and the three master numbers, as this calculator reads them.
Number Theme In a relationship Cost
1 · One Self-direction. The number of starting something and carrying it alone if necessary. Decides quickly and expects a partner to keep up rather than to be consulted at every turn. Independence can read as distance, and being right is not the same as being easy to live with.
2 · Two Partnership. The number that is least comfortable on its own and most attentive to the other person. Reads the room first and adjusts, often before anyone has said what is wrong. Accommodating for long enough that nobody, including you, knows what you wanted.
3 · Three Expression. The number of saying the thing, often before it is fully formed. Talks its way towards a feeling, and finds silence harder than disagreement. Scattering. Ten enthusiasms and not much follow-through on any of them.
4 · Four Structure. The number of foundations, routines and things that hold weight. Shows care by building something reliable rather than by describing a feeling. Rigidity, and treating a change of plan as a breach rather than a change of plan.
5 · Five Change. The number of movement, variety and the next thing. Stays interested as long as something is still opening up. Restlessness, and mistaking a dull week for a dead relationship.
6 · Six Care. The number of home, responsibility and looking after people. Gives generously, and measures the relationship by how well everyone is doing. Carrying more than was asked for, then quietly keeping score of it.
7 · Seven Depth. The number of thinking things through and needing to be alone to do it. Goes quiet when something matters most, which is the opposite of what it looks like. Withdrawal. Solitude is a genuine need and also a very effective way to avoid a conversation.
8 · Eight Capability. The number of ambition, resources and getting hold of the levers. Takes the relationship as seriously as anything else it has decided to be good at. Control, and reaching for a solution when what was wanted was company.
9 · Nine Completion. The last number of the cycle, associated with letting go and with the bigger picture. Loves widely and is often carrying something beyond the relationship itself. Being harder to reach up close than from a distance.
11 · Eleven A master number, read as a heightened Two: partnership turned up until it becomes intuition. Picks up an atmosphere immediately, which is a gift and is exhausting. Sensitivity that has nowhere to go, and reading meaning into things that had none.
22 · Twenty-two A master number, read as a heightened Four: structure at a scale that takes years. Thinks in long horizons, and treats a relationship as something being built. Postponing the present for a plan, and holding everyone to the plan.
33 · Thirty-three A master number, read as a heightened Six: care extended past the household. Gives without much of a boundary, which is why this one needs one. Self-neglect dressed up as generosity.

The Sun sign, and why it is computed rather than looked up

Your Sun sign is the 30-degree slice of the zodiac the Sun occupied when you were born. That is a position, so it can be calculated — and this page calculates it, from the same solar series the moon engine uses, rather than reading it off a fixed table of dates.

The difference matters more often than people expect. The Sun entered Aries on 20 March in 2024 and on 21 March in 2003, because the tropical year is not a whole number of days. A table that says "Aries begins 21 March" is wrong for 2024, and a calculator using one would hand a Pisces reading to somebody born under Aries. Where a birth falls on a cusp day and no birth time was given, this calculator says so and names both possibilities instead of picking one quietly.

The conventional date ranges, for reference. The calculator does not use them — it computes the Sun's position — which is why your result may differ by a day near a boundary.
Sign Usual dates Element
Aries 21 March – 19 April Fire
Taurus 20 April – 20 May Earth
Gemini 21 May – 20 June Air
Cancer 21 June – 22 July Water
Leo 23 July – 22 August Fire
Virgo 23 August – 22 September Earth
Libra 23 September – 22 October Air
Scorpio 23 October – 21 November Water
Sagittarius 22 November – 21 December Fire
Capricorn 22 December – 19 January Earth
Aquarius 20 January – 18 February Air
Pisces 19 February – 20 March Water

What the four elements mean in traditional astrology

The twelve signs are grouped into four elements, and in this tradition an element describes pace more than personality: how quickly somebody decides, how long they stay with a feeling, whether they need to talk before they know what they think.

The four classical elements and the pace each is traditionally described with.
Element Signs Traditional pace
Fire Aries, Leo, Sagittarius Fast and outward. Decides with the body, recovers quickly, loses interest in a stalled conversation.
Earth Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn Slow and concrete. Trusts what has been demonstrated and is suspicious of a feeling that has not been tested.
Air Gemini, Libra, Aquarius Quick and verbal. Needs to talk a thing through before knowing what it thinks about it.
Water Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces Tidal. Goes deep, takes time to come back up, and remembers how things felt long after the details go.

The calculator scores the pair by how far apart the two signs sit on the wheel, which fixes the elements automatically: four signs apart is always the same element, two apart is always a compatible one. There is no evidence that element matching predicts anything about relationships. It is a traditional framework for talking about difference, and it is used here as one.

The birth moon phase

The Moon takes about 29 and a half days to go from new to full and back, so every birth date falls at a point on that cycle. This page reuses the engine behind the moon phase compatibility calculator, which implements the periodic series from Jean Meeus's Astronomical Algorithms and is tested against his worked examples and against 1,241 independently computed new and full moons. Nothing is reimplemented here, so the two pages cannot disagree about a phase.

A phase lasts three to four days, so a birth time rarely changes the answer — roughly one birthday in twenty sits near a boundary. Leave the time blank and the calculator checks the whole day and tells you which case you are in.

How the compatibility percentage is calculated

Each of the seven signals is scored from 0 to 100 on its own, then weighted. The weights are published below and they sum to exactly 100 in each mode, so the headline is a plain weighted average rather than a curve.

Numerology numbers are compared by placing the nine roots on a ring and measuring the shorter way round, which gives a distance from 0 to 4. The base score is 100 − 16d, so the same number on both sides scores 100 and the furthest two roots can be — four steps, which on a nine-point ring is almost half way round — scores 36. Two documented ideas then adjust it: +10 when the two roots add up to 9 or 18, which is the pair completing a cycle, and +6 when both are odd or both are even. Master numbers add a small nudge — +4 when both sides carry one, +2 for one. The result is clamped to 100.

Sun signs are compared by distance round the zodiac in whole signs, which is the classical aspect between them: same sign 86, adjacent 52, two apart 84, three apart 56, four apart 92, five apart 48, opposite 88. One of those deserves a note. An opposition scores high here and would not on an ordinary love calculator — the mirror pair is the structure the twin-flame idea is built around, and a model that scored it as friction would be describing something else.

The moon phase component is the score produced by the model on the moon phase page: phase harmony, light balance and lunar rhythm, 45 / 30 / 25.

The weights, by mode. Each column sums to 100. When a signal cannot be calculated — an unreadable name, a missing date — it is dropped and the rest are rescaled, which your result says.
Component Measured from Date only Name only Both
Life Path harmony The two Life Path numbers, compared on the number ring. 38 — 28
Birthday Number harmony The two day-of-month numbers, compared on the same ring. 12 — 9
Expression harmony Every letter of both full names, totalled and reduced. — 45 16
Soul Urge harmony The vowels of both names only. — 33 12
Personality harmony The consonants of both names only, Y included. — 22 8
Sun sign and element harmony The distance between the two Sun signs on the zodiac wheel, which fixes the elements as well. 25 — 15
Birth moon phase harmony The two birth moon phases, scored by the model on the moon phase page. 25 — 12
Total 100 100 100

Why these numbers, and not others. Within the date group, the Life Path uses every field of the date and the Birthday number uses one, so the Life Path carries about three times the weight. Within the name group, the Expression number reads every letter and the other two read a part each. Across the groups in the combined mode, date-derived and name-derived numerology get nearly equal say — 37 and 36 — and the two measured quantities take the remaining 27. The name group is not given more despite contributing three numbers, because a name is a choice and a birth date is not.

These are stated preferences, not discoveries. They are published so you can disagree with them specifically rather than in general.

The five result patterns

The label on your result comes from the total and nothing else, which is why it can always be traced back to the table above it. The names borrow the vocabulary this subject uses, and they describe the shape of the numbers rather than the nature of a relationship.

The bands, and what each one is saying about the arithmetic.
Score Pattern What it means here
85+ Twin Flame-style pattern The numbers line up unusually closely
72+ Soulmate-style pattern Strong alignment with a few clear differences
60+ Companion-style pattern A balanced spread — some alignment, some contrast
48+ Karmic-style pattern More contrast than overlap
below 48 Contrast pattern The signals are widely separated

Five worked examples

All five were produced by the calculator on this page, not written by hand. Enter the same details and you will get the same figures.

Maya Ellison, 11 June 1992 and Daniel Ortiz, 2 November 1988

Name and date mode. Maya's Life Path is 2 — June reduces to 6, the 11th stays 11 as a master number, 1992 reduces to 3, and 6 + 11 + 3 = 20, which reduces to 2. Daniel's is 3. Their Birthday numbers, 11 and 2, share a root and score 100. Their Sun signs, Gemini and Scorpio, sit five apart and score 48, the lowest component in the reading. The weighted total is 79%, a soulmate-style pattern, and the interesting line is the element one: the numbers agree and the pace does not.

Priya Raman, 21 March 1995 and Arjun Mehta, 7 December 1990

Life Paths 3 and 11 — Arjun's is a master number, 3 + 7 + 1 = 11 left unreduced. Aries and Sagittarius are four signs apart, both Fire, and score 92. The Expression numbers, 8 and 3, are four apart on the ring and score 36, the weakest component. The total is 71%, a companion-style pattern: strong where the dates are compared, weak where the spelling is.

Sam Carter and Alex Nolan, both 4 September 1984

The same birth date on both sides, which is the case most calculators answer with 100%. This one does not. Life Path, Birthday and Expression all score 100, and both Expression totals are 35 by coincidence. But the Sun sign component gives a conjunction 86, the moon model gives two identical discs 84 because they do not complete each other, and the Soul Urge numbers — 7 and 4 — score 52. The total is 87%: a twin-flame-style pattern, and not a perfect one, because the components it is built from do not say it is.

Lena Fischer, 30 January 1979 and Tomas Novak, 18 July 1983

Date-of-birth mode, so only four components apply and the weights rescale to 38, 12, 25 and 25. Life Paths 3 and 1 score 74. Aquarius and Cancer sit five apart at 48, and the moon phases — a waxing crescent and a first quarter — score 49. The total is 59%, a karmic-style pattern in this model's vocabulary. In ordinary language: two birth dates with very little in common arithmetically.

Grace Adeyemi and Noah Whitfield, names only

Name mode uses three components and nothing else. Expression 6 and 8 score 74, Personality 7 and 5 score 74, and the Soul Urge numbers 8 and 3 score 36. The total is 61%. Add their birth dates and the figure moves, because four more components join in — which is the clearest demonstration on this page that a twin flame percentage is a property of the method, not of the people.

Can a calculator tell you who your twin flame is?

No, and it is worth being exact about why. A calculator has access to what you type and to nothing else. It can compare two people whose details you enter. It cannot identify somebody you have not named, because it has no information about anyone in the world beyond the form in front of it.

It also cannot tell you what another person feels, whether they are thinking about you, whether a relationship will begin, or whether one will last. A tool that answers "who is my twin flame" with a description of a stranger is generating plausible text from your birthday, which is a different activity from finding someone.

What a calculator can genuinely do is give you a structured way to look at two people you already know about, and some vocabulary for differences you may have noticed but not named. That is a modest thing, and it is real.

How accurate is a twin flame calculator?

Split the question in two and both halves become answerable.

Mathematical accuracy. High, and testable. This calculator follows the method published on this page exactly, gives the same answer for the same inputs every time, and never uses a random number. The Sun and Moon positions are accurate to a few minutes of arc. You can check any step by hand.

Interpretive accuracy. There is nothing to be accurate about. No study has shown that a birth date or the spelling of a name predicts how two people get on, so a percentage cannot be right or wrong in that sense — only consistent with its own rules. Precision in the first half lends no authority to the second, and a calculator that publishes its formula is being transparent, not scientific.

That is also the answer to the most common complaint about these tools: two sites give two different percentages. Neither is wrong. They are different formulas, and comparing them is like comparing two horoscopes written by different people.

Twin flame, soulmate, twin soul: the vocabulary

These words are used loosely and inconsistently, so it is worth setting out the usual distinctions rather than pretending there is a definition to look up.

A soulmate is normally described as a deeply compatible person — someone you fit with easily, of whom you might have several in a life, and not necessarily romantic. A twin flame, in the New Age writing where the term comes from, is described as one soul in two bodies: a mirror rather than a match, and a connection that is intense and transformative rather than comfortable. Twin soul is used by some writers as a synonym for twin flame and by others for something milder, which is a fair summary of how settled the terminology is.

This calculator names its bands after those shapes because they are the words people are looking for. A band still only reports how close two sets of numbers are.

Twin flame or karmic relationship?

A karmic relationship is usually described as a pairing that exists to teach something: magnetic, difficult, often short, and remembered as a turning point. In numerology it is traditionally read from numbers that sit far apart, which is why this calculator applies that label to its lower-middle band.

The distinction people usually want — is this a twin flame or a karmic connection? — is not one a calculator can settle. Both descriptions involve intensity and difficulty, both are defined differently by different writers, and neither has a test. If you find the distinction useful as a way of thinking, the breakdown on your result will tell you where the friction sits, which is more informative than a label either way.

What a twin flame birth chart calculator can and cannot do

A genuine birth-chart comparison — synastry — needs both exact birth times, both birthplaces, the positions of every planet from an ephemeris, a house system computed from the local horizon, and the aspects between the two charts. That is a substantial calculation and it cannot be produced from a date of birth.

So this page does not produce it. There are no planetary degrees here, no Moon signs, no ascendants, no houses, no nodes and no composite chart, because inventing them would be inventing data. What you get instead is a Sun sign and its element, both genuinely computed, and the birth moon phase, also genuinely computed — clearly labelled as what they are and not dressed up as a chart reading.

If you want full synastry, you need an astrologer or a chart service with a real ephemeris, and you will need both birth times and birthplaces to hand.

What numerology and astrology cannot tell you here

Neither has been shown to predict personality, compatibility or outcomes. Numerology's arithmetic is arbitrary at the root: there is no reason the alphabet should be counted in nines rather than in elevens, and a different convention would give different answers to the same question. Astrology's frameworks are old and internally consistent and have not survived testing.

More practically: this calculator has no idea how the two of you handle money, whether you want the same things in five years, who apologises first, or what happened last November. It has a date and some letters.

Use a low score as a prompt for a conversation, never as a reason to end one. Use a high score as something pleasant to notice. If a relationship question is weighing on you seriously, that is a conversation to have with the person involved, and if necessary with a professional — not with a page that turns a birthday into a percentage.

Privacy: where your details go

Nowhere. The calculation runs entirely in your browser, in the script this page loaded. The names, dates and times you type are used to produce the result on your screen and are not transmitted to this site or to any third party, and nothing is written into the address bar, so a link you share carries no personal detail. The page works offline once loaded, which is the simplest demonstration that it is not asking a server anything.

The "recent calculations" list further down, if you use it, is stored by your own browser on your own device, holds only the result summary rather than the details you entered, and can be cleared with the button beside it.

Sources and methodology

For the astronomy: the solar and lunar positions come from Jean Meeus, Astronomical Algorithms (2nd edition, Willmann-Bell), which is the standard reference for this class of calculation. You can check a moon phase against the daily data published by the US Naval Observatory, and NASA's explanation of the lunar phases covers the geometry. The Gregorian calendar rules used for date validation, including the leap-year exceptions, are the ordinary civil ones.

For the numerology: the Pythagorean letter table and the reduction rule, including the treatment of 11, 22 and 33, are documented identically across mainstream numerology writing and are reproduced in full above rather than cited, so you can verify the calculator against any source you like. There is no scientific literature supporting numerology as a description of people or relationships, and none is claimed here.

For the interpretations: the number themes, the element descriptions and the aspect readings are this site's own wording of traditional material. They are not research findings, and the boundary between "what the tradition says" and "what this calculator decided" is drawn explicitly — the letter table and the aspect geometry are traditional, the weights and the band thresholds are ours and are published because of it.

If what you want is a lighter compatibility reading, the love calculator scores seven relationship areas from two names, and the love calculator by name breaks two names down letter by letter. The moon phase compatibility calculator goes deeper into the lunar half of this page, with all eight phase readings. The friendship calculator does the same job for a friendship, and the age difference calculator works out the exact gap between two birth dates.

Frequently asked questions

What is a twin flame calculator?

It is a numerology tool that turns two birth dates, two names, or both, into a set of numbers and compares them. This one derives Life Path, Birthday, Expression, Soul Urge and Personality numbers using Pythagorean numerology, works out each person's Sun sign and birth moon phase, and scores how close the two sets sit. The arithmetic is real and shown in full. What the numbers are taken to mean is a spiritual tradition, not a finding.

How does a twin flame calculator by date of birth work?

Your date of birth gives four things here. The Life Path number comes from reducing the month, the day and the year and adding the results. The Birthday number is the day of the month reduced. The Sun sign comes from where the Sun actually was on that date, computed rather than looked up in a table. The birth moon phase comes from the Moon's position at the same moment. The two sets are then compared component by component, and you can see every step under "Show the working".

Can I use names instead of dates of birth?

Yes — the name mode compares three name numbers instead. Each letter carries a value from A=1 to Z=8 in the Pythagorean table: all the letters give the Expression number, the vowels alone give the Soul Urge, and the consonants alone give the Personality. Names are less stable than dates, though. "Katherine", "Kathy" and "K. Brown" are three different sets of letters and produce three different numbers, which is worth knowing before reading much into the result.

What does the twin flame compatibility percentage actually mean?

It is a weighted average of the component scores in the table on your result, and nothing more. Each component is scored from 0 to 100 by a rule stated on this page, each carries a published weight, and the headline is the mean. It is not a probability, not a likelihood of anything happening, and not a measurement of two people. Calling it a symbolic score rather than a compatibility rating is the accurate description.

How accurate is a twin flame calculator?

Two different questions live inside that one. Mathematically this calculator is exact and repeatable: the same inputs give the same numbers every time, on any device, and you can check every step by hand. Interpretively there is nothing to be accurate about — numerology and astrology have not been shown to predict relationships, so no percentage from any calculator, including this one, can be right or wrong in that sense. Different sites give different figures because they use different formulas, not because one of them has found the true answer.

Can a calculator tell me who my twin flame is?

No. A calculator can only work with information you type in, so it can compare two people you already know about. It cannot name a stranger, produce a description of someone you have not met, tell you what another person feels, or say whether a relationship will happen. Any tool that claims to identify an unknown person from your birthday is generating text, not finding someone.

How do I calculate twin flame numerology by hand?

Take the birth date 14 March 1980. Reduce the month: 3 stays 3. Reduce the day: 1 + 4 = 5. Reduce the year: 1 + 9 + 8 + 0 = 18, then 1 + 8 = 9. Add them: 3 + 5 + 9 = 17, then 1 + 7 = 8. The Life Path is 8. Do the same for the second date, then compare. For names, add the letter values and reduce the same way. Totals of 11, 22 and 33 are left as they are at every stage, because those are the master numbers.

What is the difference between a twin flame and a soulmate?

The usual distinction in this literature is that a soulmate is described as a deeply compatible person and a twin flame as a mirror — one soul in two people, and a connection that is transformative rather than comfortable. Neither term has a fixed definition, and writers disagree with each other. This calculator names its result bands after those shapes because the words are what people search for, but a band describes how close two sets of numbers are, not which category a relationship belongs to.

What is a karmic relationship in numerology?

It is generally described as a demanding pairing that exists to teach something rather than to be easy, and it is traditionally read from numbers that sit a long way apart. This calculator labels its lower-middle band that way for the same reason. In plain terms, the arithmetic is saying two dates and two names have little in common — which is a fact about dates and names, not a verdict on a relationship.

Can a birth chart determine a twin flame?

A real birth-chart comparison needs both exact birth times, both birthplaces, planetary positions from an ephemeris and aspects calculated between the two charts. None of that can be derived from a date of birth alone, and this page does not pretend it can. What you get here is a Sun sign, its element and the birth moon phase — all genuinely computed, all clearly labelled, and not presented as synastry.

Is this a free twin flame calculator, and is anything sent anywhere?

It is free and there is no sign-up. Every calculation runs in your own browser: the names, dates and times you type are used by the script on the page and are not sent to this site or to anyone else. Nothing is written into the address bar either, so a link you share carries no personal detail. The recent-results list further down the page, if you use it, is stored by your own browser on your own device.

Why do two twin flame calculators give me different percentages?

Because each one has invented its own formula. There is no standard twin flame calculation to be measured against — sites differ in which numbers they use, how they treat master numbers, whether names count, and how heavily each part is weighted. That is a good reason to look at a calculator's breakdown rather than its headline, and this page publishes both its components and its weights so you can see exactly what produced your figure.

About these results

This is a symbolic numerology and astrology reading, made for reflection and entertainment. A compatibility score cannot show that two people are twin flames, soulmates or karmic partners, and it cannot tell you whether a relationship will work. Twin flame, soulmate and karmic connection mean different things to different traditions, and different calculators give different percentages because their formulas differ — not because one of them has found the right answer.

The arithmetic is real and repeatable: the numerology follows the Pythagorean method set out above, and the Sun and Moon positions come from published astronomical algorithms. None of that makes the interpretation scientific. A transparent model is still a model, and a model agreeing with itself is not the same as a model being right.

Please treat the result as a prompt for thought rather than a basis for decisions about a relationship, your money, your health or anyone else. If something in a relationship is genuinely difficult, that is a conversation to have with the person concerned, and where it helps, with a professional.
